Salesforce DevSecOps Engineer (Remote - India)

This role offers the chance to work in a fully remote, high-impact environment where you will manage and enhance Salesforce DevOps processes across complex enterprise applications. You will be responsible for maintaining CI/CD pipelines, performing release management, and ensuring security and data integrity within Salesforce environments. The position requires close collaboration with technical leads, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to streamline deployments and automate workflows. You will work with tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps, while also supporting sandbox management, API development, and configuration audits. This is an excellent opportunity to grow as a Salesforce champion, applying your expertise in DevSecOps to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient operations.

Accountabilities:

• Manage Salesforce CI/CD pipelines, including deployment using ANT, Maven scripts, and YAML-based configurations.
• Perform release management, sandbox creation, refresh, and environment maintenance.
• Conduct data imports, audits, and integrity checks; identify process improvement opportunities.
• Administer Salesforce security settings and configuration audits, managing user setups, deactivations, and account ownership transfers.
• Develop, maintain, and execute API scripts to support custom development needs.
• Perform both manual and automated data entry, cleanup, and record updates using tools like Salesforce Data Loader and CLI.
• Collaborate with technical leads and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and secure Salesforce deployments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps or DevSecOps roles.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CI/CD, Git version control, ANT, Maven, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with Salesforce configuration, sandbox management, and release activities.
• Experience in data import/export, API scripting, and automation for Salesforce environments.
• Understanding of web applications, internet architecture, and metadata management.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proactive communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
• Ability to work fully remote with self-motivation and independent task management.
