This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Provider Data Coordinator I - Managed Care in the United States.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate provider data across multiple healthcare networks. You will ensure compliance with state requirements and support the creation of reports that monitor network performance and provider activity. This position requires attention to detail, proficiency in database management, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, helping to optimize data integrity and operational efficiency. Accountabilities:
- Create, maintain, and update provider databases, including contract networks, authorizations, third-party liability, and provider set-up corrections.
- Generate and design reports to monitor departmental activity and compliance with state regulations.
- Maintain monthly updates for delegated entity Medicare and Medicaid attachments.
- Provide statistical data and reports to support departmental follow-up and resolution efforts.
- Offer general administrative support to the managed care department.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of provider data across systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in provider data management or network administration, preferably in managed care.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Access.
- Experience managing large databases and generating reports for analysis preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Edge, or Chrome browsers.
