This role offers the opportunity to support the planning, coordination, and execution of professional development programs in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The Program Coordinator will play a central role in ensuring the seamless delivery of educational content, maintaining program records, and facilitating communication among faculty, participants, and internal teams. You will help shape positive participant experiences while supporting the preparation and execution of multiple programs simultaneously. Accountabilities
- Collaborate with program leads to coordinate and execute professional education programs from planning through delivery.
- Maintain and update program databases, ensuring accuracy of faculty, participant, and program information.
- Communicate effectively with faculty, participants, and internal departments via phone and email, including sending correspondence, tracking forms and materials, and assisting with requests.
- Prepare and submit course materials, including handbooks, presentations, and press lists.
- Manage pre-program logistics, such as assembling program binders, coordinating AV schedules, and facilitating registration processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact during live programs, greeting faculty and participants and providing necessary information.
- Review and edit marketing and program materials, maintain program budgets, calculate continuing education credits, and perform general administrative tasks.
- Arrange meetings, conference calls, and faculty dinners, while keeping track of multiple programs at varying stages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of administrative or program support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-starter capable of working independently, including with remote supervisors.
- Experience working with attorneys or high-profile executives is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience coordinating events or projects is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel domestically 1-2 times per year, if needed.
