We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Program Analyst to provide advanced program management, evaluation, and reporting support. In this role, you will manage complex interagency initiatives, oversee project tracking, and synthesize information for leadership-level decision-making. You will ensure high-quality reporting, maintain program tracking tools, and guide junior analysts to deliver accurate, actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, and expertise in project management tools. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to support program goals and enhance operational effectiveness across federal, state, and community partners.
Accountabilities
- Provide senior-level program analysis, reporting, and project management support for interagency initiatives.
- Prepare leadership briefings, high-level reports, and program updates that inform decision-making.
- Develop, manage, and maintain project tracking tools and task trackers to monitor progress and risks.
- Ensure quality control of reports and deliverables produced by junior analysts.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and interagency activities to maintain alignment with program objectives.
- Support risk and issue tracking and communicate critical updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex data and project information into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program analysis, project management, or related fields.
- Strong writing, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Smartsheet GOV, MS Project, Power BI) is preferred.
- Familiarity with interagency collaboration, behavioral health programs, or suicide prevention initiatives is advantageous.
- Experience working with large, integrated healthcare systems or federal agencies preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and ensure accurate reporting under tight deadlines.
