As a Junior Program Analyst, you will provide critical analytical and project coordination support for interagency initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of key objectives. Accountabilities
- Provide project coordination and analytical support across multiple interagency workstreams.
- Track task completion, milestones, and project dependencies using approved tools.
- Prepare draft reports, executive summaries, and leadership updates.
- Maintain project trackers, databases, and documentation to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support knowledge management initiatives and contribute to team-wide reporting efforts.
- Collaborate with other analysts to align workstreams and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project support, program analysis, or related roles.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as OneNote, Smartsheet GOV, or Confluence is a plus.
- Experience with interagency programs, healthcare, or public service initiatives preferred.
- Ability to track milestones, prepare summaries, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
