The Pricing Coordinator will play a key role in delivering accurate, insightful, and competitive pricing for online market research projects. This position involves close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure projects are designed efficiently, meet client objectives, and comply with industry standards. You will assess project feasibility, recommend optimal approaches, and provide pricing solutions that balance client needs with company resources. This role is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong client relationships. Flexibility in working hours allows support for both UK and US time zones. The position offers growth potential, exposure to global healthcare research, and a collaborative, dynamic work environment.
Accountabilities:
- Prepare proposals and pricing for online market research studies tailored to client requirements.
- Assess project feasibility using proprietary tools and global panel resources.
- Consult with clients to recommend project design, including sample composition, incidence rates, and third-party vendor involvement.
- Partner with Account Leads, Operations, Panel Management, and Finance to ensure project delivery aligns with account strategy and financial goals.
- Support account relationships to foster repeat business and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop expertise in the product portfolio to advise on new or expanded services.
- Perform final project reconciliation, including invoice approvals and cost adjustments.
- Execute additional business functions as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (including Excel) and comfort with web-based tools.
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solutions-driven mindset and adaptability to change.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Preferred: experience with databases, reporting tools, client/vendor relationship management, and market research coursework or training.
