This role is responsible for leading the successful onboarding and deployment of a registration workflow platform for higher education institutions. You will partner closely with college registrars, IT teams, academic leadership, and student services to configure workflows, align processes, and ensure a smooth launch that delivers immediate value. The position requires a blend of project management expertise, technical understanding, and stakeholder engagement to support complex academic processes. You will guide colleges through technical setup, integration, training, and adoption, ensuring operational readiness and user satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to impact student success and institutional efficiency while contributing to the continuous improvement of implementation practices.
Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for colleges during onboarding and implementation.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, and success metrics aligned with institutional registration cycles.
- Facilitate workflow design discussions, kickoff meetings, and ongoing progress reviews with stakeholders.
- Guide colleges through system setup including SIS integrations, SSO, data mapping, and workflow configuration.
- Deliver training sessions, develop documentation, and support institutional change management.
- Track implementation milestones, identify risks, and ensure smooth transition to customer success teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success) to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in EdTech, higher education services, or SaaS implementation with a focus on college partners.
- Strong knowledge of college registration processes, student services, workflow design, or dual enrollment procedures.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with technical concepts such as SIS data structures, APIs, data imports, and authentication protocols (SSO, SAML, OAuth).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in training, change management, and adoption of new technology in higher education.
- Preferred: Experience with SIS platforms (Banner, Colleague, Jenzabar, Workday Student, PeopleSoft), project management certification (PMP, CAPM, CSM), or prior dual enrollment/registration management background.
