This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer in Pennsylvania.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of custom web and mobile applications in a dynamic, hybrid environment. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand business processes and translate requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions. The position involves work across web technologies, content management, business process management, and data visualization, supporting enterprise applications and service-oriented architectures. You will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions while ensuring quality, security, and adherence to project timelines. Flexibility, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects are essential to success.
Accountabilities
- Translate client business requirements into system specifications and technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications, including custom enterprise solutions.
- Support service-oriented architecture, enterprise search services, data visualization, and metrics dashboards.
- Participate in web application design, UI prototyping, and content management integration.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, functional solutions.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure solution quality.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in web development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, and jQuery.
- At least 2 years of experience with Bootstrap and Responsive Web Design (RWD).
- Experience with SQL-based programming (PL/SQL or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle SQL Developer is a plus.
- Experience with Java, Eclipse, FTP/SFTP, Agile development, or graphic design is desirable.
- Current or ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance.
- Security certification required (CompTIA Security+ CE, or equivalent substitution certifications).
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients and multiple teams.
- U.S. citizenship required due to clearance eligibility.
