Accountabilities
- Project planning and execution by collaborating with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive project management plan
- Track project progress, including task completion and milestone achievement
- Manage resource allocation and optimize utilization throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct proactive risk management and monitor potential risks
- Oversee additional projects in support of the process and systems transformation program
- Communicate expectations clearly to project team members and instill accountability
- Resolve conflicts and motivate teams towards common goals
- Manage multiple projects and tasks using effective organization and prioritization
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 10 years
- Project management expertise including CORE or equivalent certifications (like Six Sigma or Change Management)
- Strong knowledge of SAP and prior implementation experience
- Experience with multiple project methodologies, including waterfall and agile
- Ability to travel approximately 25% - 40%
