We are seeking a motivated Customer Solutions Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for consumers seeking assistance with products, warranties, and technical inquiries. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for each interaction. You will work closely with a dynamic team, leveraging technology to resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. Accountabilities
- Deliver world-class customer experiences that enhance brand reputation and drive positive word-of-mouth.
- Manage inbound calls and assist consumers with product identification, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Explain solutions clearly, providing guidance for product repair, installation, or service needs.
- Resolve challenging or sensitive consumer issues with professionalism and a positive outcome for both the customer and the organization.
- Maintain call quality, productivity standards, and adherence to company processes and procedures.
- Accurately record customer interactions, demographics, and product-related information.
- Participate in training programs and special assignments as required to enhance skills and team performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or in progress.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment.
- Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with PC applications, including Microsoft Office suite; experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus.
- Ability to focus in a low-mobility, high-observation work environment.
- Demonstrated flexibility, teamwork, and a positive approach to business challenges.
- Reliable internet connection, secure workspace, and ability to comply with remote work policies.
- Must pass background and drug screening as required.
