As a Client Program Manager, you will drive complex, cross-functional programs from conception through execution, ensuring seamless delivery and outstanding client experiences. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across business units, providing leadership, mentorship, and strategic insights to optimize operational performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence customer satisfaction, implement innovative solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic, global environment. You will monitor program KPIs, facilitate performance reviews, and align teams on strategy, all while fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence. The position combines project management, client engagement, and process improvement, offering visibility and impact across multiple functions.
Accountabilities:
- Manage medium to large, complex cross-functional programs end-to-end, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients, maintaining strong relationships and communication.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS and Voice of the Customer.
- Develop, track, and optimize operational KPIs to measure program and performance outcomes globally.
- Lead project teams through planning, execution, and completion of initiatives.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance competencies and professional growth.
- Collaborate with commercial counterparts to ensure alignment on account strategy, initiatives, and deliverables.
- Facilitate performance, strategy, and review meetings while identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in operational or program management.
- 2+ years of international supply chain or program management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of operational excellence principles and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proven ability to influence decision-makers within a matrix organization.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results through cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI preferred.
- PMP, CSCP, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
