In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design and deployment of complex CCaaS architectures for large-scale transformation programs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guiding both technical and non-technical stakeholders through strategic, operational, and architectural decision-making. This position requires a strong balance of hands-on technical depth, solution ownership, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities. You will play a key role in shaping customer experience ecosystems, optimizing processes, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes. This is a highly visible role where your expertise directly influences long-term client success and innovation.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the full design of enterprise CCaaS architectures, covering security, compliance, AI/NLP capabilities, WEM tools, and bolt-on integrations.
- Provide platform implementation consulting across multiple CCaaS solutions within broader transformation initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to validate requirements and align project milestones.
- Supervise internal and external technical resources throughout deployment phases.
- Support PMO-related reporting, executive updates, and project governance.
- Develop technical strategies, solution roadmaps, and architectural documentation.
- Serve as SME on operational impacts, educating diverse audiences on platform decisions.
- Own testing strategies, defect resolution, and adherence to documented designs.
- Manage BRD versioning, documentation standards, and support SOW or pricing-related activities.
- Design, maintain, and improve reusable code libraries and development templates.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience designing and implementing CCaaS solutions at enterprise scale.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in computer science or computer engineering.
- Strong coding experience with languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++.
- Expert-level knowledge of NICE CXOne and/or Genesys PureCloud; familiarity with other CCaaS platforms is a plus.
- Proven track record conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices in code and documentation.
- Deep expertise with REST and SOAP API integrations and designing complex data flows.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel routing, analytics, WEM, ACD/IVR design, and marketplace integrations.
- Knowledge of bot builders and NLP platforms such as Omilia or Google Dialogflow.
- Competency with Microsoft tools and diagramming software such as Visio or Lucid.
- Ability to navigate client dynamics, communicate across audiences, and collaborate effectively in remote environments.
- Experience bridging CCaaS and UCaaS capabilities to enhance unified communication experiences.
