This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage, maintain, and optimize server systems for enterprise clients in a fully remote environment. You will play a key role in ensuring system performance, reliability, and security across customer deployments while providing expert technical guidance. The position requires hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, IIS certificates, and networking fundamentals. You will troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate with internal teams, and directly support clients to enhance their operations. Accountabilities

• Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows Server systems and associated software.
• Perform remote installations, repairs, testing, and system upgrades for enterprise clients.
• Monitor and approve operational quality and performance of customer systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to clients on system operation and maintenance.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and clients, conveying feedback and recommendations.
• Support ongoing application, network, and security operations, including servers, firewalls, routers, and Active Directory.
• Document work, track issues, and collaborate across organizational lines to resolve complex problems efficiently.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Windows Server Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with IIS certificates and basic networking concepts.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting server, network, and software issues.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage after-hours or flexible shifts.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting is a plus.
