Requirements

Job Descriptions

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, field visits, online outreach, and referrals.

• Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and customer needs.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.

• Follow up with prospects and close deals professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

• Collaborate with the Sales Supervisor and Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

• Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.

• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

• Proven experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with targets and deliver results under pressure.

• Good knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.

• Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer literacy (Excel, Email, Google Workspace, etc.).

• Must be ready to resume immediately.
