Canada onlyThe Inflight Operations Coordinator - West will assist and support line operations, contribute to On Time Performance (OTP) and a safe operation. The role will involve coordinating regional support to Inflight Operations Managers, Inflight Regional Managers and Flight Attendants, and liaising with other departments and outside parties.
Requirements
- Follow up on day-to-day delays and cancellations in the region to determine root causes.
- Inform/guide Flight Attendants on on-time performance processes.
- Provide OTP reports to the Inflight Operations Managers and Regional Managers on trends and issues that may require additional follow up and participate in OTP improvement initiatives.
