As a Platform Engineer, you'll be crucial in building and maintaining the infrastructure and tooling that empowers product teams to deliver a high-performance fintech application. You will focus on ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance, proactively identifying improvements, and collaborating to optimize a high-traffic service. This role drives resilience and best practices across the engineering organization.

What you will do:
Build and iterate on platform tooling and best practices, including SLIs/SLOs, for deep performance understanding
Identify and test for potential scaling challenges across codebase, compute, and data infrastructure
Develop and optimize Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and manage deployment pipelines in CircleCI
The ideal candidate:
4+ years in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering roles, specifically with high-traffic services
Deep, hands-on expertise with Amazon EKS/Kubernetes, RDS/Postgres, and Redis
Proven track record in setting SLIs/SLOs and conducting error-budget reviews
