What you will do:
Design, build, and rigorously test in-house protein language models, implementing your own research ideas.
Drive the full research process from deep theoretical understanding to practical, high-quality implementation.
Collaborate closely with the lab team to translate model outputs into the best possible protein designs.
The ideal candidate:
Possesses a PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or Mathematics.
Has a strong publication record in theoretical Machine Learning or Mathematics (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
Demonstrates an extremely strong mathematical background, excellent coding skills, and a proactive research approach.
