Job Description:
Join Swoop-adventures.com, a global B Corp adventure travel company, as a Business Operations Analyst. You'll be central to transforming data into actionable insights, streamlining processes, and enhancing operational efficiency across Sales, Customer Experience, Tech, Marketing, and Finance. This role offers significant influence in a dynamic, scaling environment, helping shape how we operate and grow.

Location: Bristol, UK (Hybrid/Remote)

• Work closely with the Head of Operations and partner with diverse teams including Sales, Customer Experience, Tech, Marketing, and Finance.

What you will do:

• Analyze operational and commercial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, building dashboards and reports for decision-making.

• Map and review business processes, highlighting bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommending improvements that balance performance with customer experience.

• Support strategic and operational projects, tracking progress, coordinating between teams, and assisting with implementation and user training.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record in analytical or operational roles with increasing responsibility, bringing a strong problem-solving mindset grounded in data.

• Tech-savvy with excellent Google Sheets capabilities, experience with CRM solutions (ideally HubSpot), and integrating off-the-shelf functionality.

• Demonstrated ability to create standard operating procedures and improve operational systems in fast-paced, scaling organizations.
