We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated AI Consultant to join our team, playing a crucial role in guiding the strategic decisions of our client as they embark on building modernized AI systems. As an AI Consultant, you will leverage your understanding of AI and data science concepts to shape effective strategies, all while being a bridge between technical experts and non-technical stakeholders. While hands-on coding is not a requirement, we are looking for an individual who is exceptionally articulate, a quick learner, and adept at research. This contract requires a public trust clearance.

Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and aspirations related to AI and data science.
  • Articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to create “client-ready work products (e.g., presentations, and proposals).

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to formulate AI strategies that align with business goals, industry best practices, and Client landscape.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on AI adoption, integration, and optimization for enhanced business outcomes.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

  • Conduct research and canvas the landscape for innovative solutions that can benefit clients.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and constraints, translating them into actionable initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed strategies with the client's technical environment.

Risk Assessment:

  • Evaluate potential risks associated with AI implementation, considering ethical, legal, and technical aspects.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and communicate them effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.

Communication:

  • Act as a key communicator between technical teams and clients, ensuring a shared understanding of goals and expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that convey complex technical information in an understandable manner.

Learning Agility:

  • Quickly grasp new AI technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous learning and self-improvement.

Project Oversight:

  • Monitor the progress of AI projects, ensuring alignment with established strategies and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Work closely with project managers to address any challenges and optimize project outcomes.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship
  • Years of experience: 3-5 years of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics).
  • Understanding of AI and data science concepts with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess business challenges and formulate effective AI solutions.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with a keen eye for industry trends.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Prior experience with development of roadmaps, use cases, and frameworks.
  • Ability to create client-ready work products (e.g. presentations and proposals) via PowerPoint.

Clearance:

  • Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
