Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Digital Solution Executive to join our Digital Business Unit team. In this role, you will be responsible forgenerating, qualifying, and executing leads to sell complex digital solutions, including digitization services, intelligent document processing, and cloud solutions, to Enterprise accounts. You will act as a subject matter expert, driving customer centricity to help clients achieve their digital transformation goals.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Leadthe solutioning of large, complex SaaS and digital transformation deals from qualification to signature.

  • Collaborate with Account Directors and internal stakeholders to co-create compelling business cases and ROI models that articulate the value of digital solutions.

  • Ensure deal logistics and approvals across sales, operations, legal, and professional services are coordinated to maximize deal profitability.

  • Proactively assess customer needs to identify growth opportunities, upsells, and new sales plays within an assigned portfolio.

  • Develop and implement strategies to translate customer requirements into comprehensive solutions through effective storytelling and quantitative analysis.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven track record of leading and winning complex digital transformation bids within the UK Public Sector. Must possess extensive experience navigating Central Government and Local Authority procurement processes, including a deep understanding of the Social Value Act, Crown Commercial Service (CCS) frameworks, and the evaluation criteria typical of high-value RFPs.

  • Extensive experienceof direct selling experience to executive-level buyers in the professional services or consulting domain.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise-level digital transformation solutions, including SaaS, intelligent document processing, and AI/ML modeling.

  • Proven ability in strategic account planning and managing complex end-to-end sales cycles while meeting multimillion-pound quotas.

  • Degree educated and proficiency in G-Suite and CRM tools.
