Iron Mountain is seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and strategic Lead RevOps Strategist & Platform Specialist to join our IMDC Global Services team in the UK or Spain (remote role). The role requires a proactive leader who can strategically identify, design, and implement process, automation, and AI solutions to significantly reduce manual input and errors across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior Business Analyst, Solutions Specialist, or equivalent RevOps role
  • Proven proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform, including advanced knowledge of declarative automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules)
  • Hands-on, demonstrable experience with an enterprise Quote-to-Cash solution, specifically with the Conga suite (CPQ, CLM, and Revenue/Billing)
  • Experience or strong foundational understanding of data center operations, telecommunications, commercial real estate (REITs), or similar capital-intensive, recurring-revenue business models
