Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, specifically within a complex service environment or debt dispute resolution.
- Strong knowledge of case management and billing processes, with the ability to use critical thinking to identify solutions for level 2 enquiries.
- Proven ability in problem-solving and stakeholder management, demonstrating the tenacity to influence team success while keeping the customer at the heart of all decisions.
