Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in post-sales engagements or professional services for enterprise B2B hardware or software solutions, ideally in the networking space
- Customer-first perspective with a consultative approach to solution delivery
- Background in network engineering or architecture with a strong understanding of networking technologies and protocols
- Experience in professional services functions, including project scoping, SOW creation, and solution implementation
