The Sales and Marketing Coordinator provides administrative support and assistance to the Sales Team LATAM, managing special projects, sales reporting, and marketing-related activities such as event organization and social media content creation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with advanced skills in a Marketing role and/or Executive Assistant
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education in marketing, business, or administration
- Fluency in Spanish and English, and Portuguese is a plus
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Video editors)
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and prioritize responsibilities with minimal supervision
