Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client success/account management or marketing director in multifamily
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and/or department-wide initiatives
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and strategic planning
- Confident working directly with executive leadership and across departments
- Deep understanding of client service best practices and process improvement
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Asana, and analytics/reporting platforms
- Demonstrated ability to develop, coach, and elevate senior-level team members
- Advanced expertise in location-based digital marketing initiatives (geofencing, addressable audiences, digital out of home, programmatic display, connected TV, retargeting)
