Job Description
- Data entry of relevant client details into the system including:
oAll personal details
oAssets and liabilities
oIncome and employment details
oPotentially loading information on self-employed clients – training will be provided
oConfirmation of all these details
·Ordering valuations
·Requesting special pricing for clients
·Obtaining property reports
·Some loan tracking follow-up
- Liaising with the Melbourne based team regarding next steps
·Application data entry
- Lodgment of loans including uploading and sending off client loan applications
- Compliance checklist activities including uploading data to CompliFast website
Requirements
- 2 yrs mortgage broking - end to end (lodgment, submission, settlement, post settlement)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in the Mortgage industry
·Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
·Experience in using Podium preferred - Experience in using software/tools: sales trekker, applyonline, corelogic
