Join Intersect's Land Due Diligence team as a MOG Specialist to support energy infrastructure projects by delivering accurate mineral ownership analysis, title review, and land documentation support. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure land records and ownership determinations are accurate and actionable. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Petroleum Land Management, Business, Legal Studies, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- 5-10+ years of experience in oil & gas land administration, mineral title analysis, division order analysis, land services, or upstream energy operations
- Strong understanding of mineral and leasehold ownership concepts, chain of title analysis, curative processes, and royalty burden analysis
- Working knowledge of surface rights, mineral rights, joint operating agreements (JOAs), and pooling/unitization concepts
- Ability to independently analyze complex ownership structures and resolve title issues with minimal supervision
