Director, Development

The Director of Development is responsible for driving philanthropic revenue growth, executing a multi-year development strategy, and expanding funding opportunities for the Foundation for Fresh Produce.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in nonprofit development, philanthropy, or institutional fundraising
• Demonstrated success securing significant philanthropic funding, including foundation and major gifts
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and close funding opportunities
