Summary
The Structural Operations Specialist is responsible for receiving and processing incoming bids and take-offs and setting up and maintaining the design application system. This role gathers and translates all necessary internal data to develop accurate and detailed system pages to provide real-time pricing for design centers. Also, the position works in conjunction with branches, builders, internal and external customers, and other internal teams to ensure setup is completed promptly.
Essential Functions
Reviews all information from the Bid team and estimating team for accuracy.
Set up community per builder specifications including margin, builder participation, standard Products, etc.
Performs accurate and timely entry of take-off information into the design pricing system.
Provide a detailed key for the diagram team to create matching images to the data entered from take-offs.
Break down the whole house bid to apply to a room-by-room allowance that matches the original bid totals provided to builders.
Set and monitor allowable areas per room and product per plan.
Review entries from fellow team members for accuracy and quality control.
Set up product and labor pricing for standard material and upgrades.
