Job Summary/Overview:

Our client is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Senior Business Analyst to lead the operational stability and enhancements of Oracle HCM, including payroll, time, and labor, compensation, and preference will be given to candidates with experience in additional Oracle modules, including Core HR and Learning. This individual will play a crucial role in configuring project solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise and domain strategic vision, best practices, and architectural principles. The primary goal is to lead the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion enhancements, stability, and support, encompassing the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution design, implementation, and delivery.

If you are the ideal candidate for this position, you should possess deep experience in designing and implementing solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud, with expertise and experience in data integration with enterprise applications. You should have a track record of excelling in small innovative software teams and exhibit a flexible, upbeat approach to working with colleagues.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Science desired, plus 7+ years of applicable Oracle Fusion configuration experience; or equivalent education and/or work-related experience.

Licenses and Certificates:

  • Oracle Certification and Training with a demonstrated application of skills and knowledge.

Additional Requirements:

  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and expertise in Oracle Fusion configuration to be individually responsible for the design and scope of deliverables within a field of expertise.
  • Mastery of at least one area of expertise across Oracle HCM.
  • Possesses an advanced level of business, technical, or functional knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform and drive resolution of problems related to combinations and interactions of products.
  • Ability to apply technology and consulting to solve business problems.
  • Proficient in communicating and presenting complex issues with assurance and confidence.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective collaboration skills, including working in a distributed team environment.
  • Collaboration within the team to determine option paths and alternatives, and working within the team to reach consensus on decisions.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, managing concurrent work streams and tasks.
  • Ability to manage projects and facilitate team interactions, employing sound change management principles.
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize work effectively, and demonstrate excellent follow-through.
  • A change agent, seeing 'ambiguity' as an opportunity rather than a hurdle, and thriving on challenging conventional thinking.
