IntegriChain is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support the company’s growing commercial, product, and regulatory needs.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of 2 years relevant legal experience (law firm and/or in-house)
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Functional knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy generally, and healthcare regulatory frameworks
