To advance us further along our journey to excellence at Integer Holdings Corporation, we are launching Symphony, a program that will implement an updated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and establish enterprise-wide standard processes and structure. This includes ensuring Symphony directly enables the Integer Production System, including elements such as the production monitoring and improvement process, sales, inventory, and operations planning. The program will effect change across the company, which will have a direct impact on optimizing business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and positioning Integer for continued success.Symphony is about having the right business processes in place supported by a single, modern, integrated ERP platform.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Solutions Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA to join our ERP Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will play a pivotal part in the implementation of S/4HANAand provide ongoing support and optimization of the platform post go-live. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge of finance processes, architectural design capabilities, and a strategic mindset to help shape the future of our ERP landscape.

Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
