Leader of Learning - Maths (Fixed Term Contract)

Inspired Education is seeking a leader of learning in Maths (Fixed Term Contract) for a period of 6 months at King's InterHigh. This role involves delivering Maths content from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5, maintaining a positive learning climate, and working within a collaborative team environment. The company focuses on providing premium education experiences to a diverse student population across multiple countries and boasts state-of-the-art facilities and a talented team.

Requirements

• Excellent subject knowledge and experience of teaching at Key Stage 5, either A Level or IB DP.
• Knowledge of best ways to engage students in your subject of expertise.
• The capability to drive best practices and have a reputation for delivering high quality material.
• Ability to work well within a team, while having the courage to raise new ideas and support the implementation within the department, with the Leaders of Learning.
• A keen interest within the online teaching and learning environment.
• A flexible, highly energetic approach and the ability to thrive in a business with a fast changing, collaborative, delivery culture.
• Considerable interpersonal communication skills.
