Position Overview
We are seeking a Fractional Head ofGrowth to take immediate ownership of lead generation and pipeline growth.
You will be responsible for decidingwhat channels to focus on, building execution plans, and holding the teamaccountable for output and results.
This role is ideal for a growthoperator who has personally scaled lead generation and can quickly implementsystems that produce results.
Primary Objective (First 90 Days)
- Increase total weekly inbound leadsby 30-50% (from approx 160/wk to 210-240/wk), with measurable growth driven byscalable channels (for ex Google Search, referral partnerships, etc)
- Establish 2–3 reliable, scalablelead generation channels
- Implement a weekly reporting systemtied to leads, conversions, and cost per leadFF
First 30 Days Expectations
- Identify and validate true leadsources (eliminate “unknown” attribution)
- Launch or significantly expand atleast one scalable acquisition channel (Google Search or equivalent)
- ncrease total weekly leads by aminimum of 15–20%
- Present a clear 60-day executionroadmap with channel focus and expected outputs
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation Leadership (Core Focus)
- Own and drive all lead generationefforts across the organization
- Identify and prioritize 2–3high-impact acquisition channels (e.g., paid search, referral partnerships,SEO)
- Develop clear execution plans foreach channel and direct the team to implement
- Rapidly test, launch, and iteratecampaigns with a bias toward speed over perfection
Team Leadership & Execution Management
- Direct and manage the existingmarketing team (digital marketing + business development)
- Translate strategy into weeklyexecution plans with clear deliverables
- Hold team members accountable foroutput, timelines, and performance
Provide coaching and structure toimprove team effectiveness
Performance Tracking & Accountability
- Implement and maintain a simple,transparent KPI dashboard
- Use data to reallocate effort towardhighest-performing channels
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a branding-only or long-termstrategy role
- Not expected to perform routineexecution tasks, but should be willing to step in selectively to unblockprogress or accelerate results
- Not responsible for expanding intomultiple channels simultaneously — focus and prioritization are required
Required Experience
- Demonstrated experience personallydriving measurable increases in lead volume (not just managing teams oranalyzing performance)
- Experience scaling at least oneprimary acquisition channel (e.g., paid search, referrals, SEO) from lowbaseline to consistent output
- Experience operating inresource-constrained environments (small teams, limited budgets)
- Strong understanding of performancemarketing and/or referral-based growth
Ability to quickly diagnose problemsand implement practical solutions
Engagement Details
- Fractional role (approximately 10–15hours per week)
- Monthly budget: $2,500–$3,000
- Initial term: 90 days, withextension based on performance
