Assistant/HR Manager (Compensation & Workday)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant/HR Manager for an established MNC with a global presence. This is a global role responsible for Workday implementation, HR reporting, analytics, and supporting the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and implementing Workday and handling C&B matters of the company regionally or globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Workday Implementation

  • Lead and support the implementation of Workday across global affiliates.
  • Ensure seamless integration and configuration of Workday modules.
  • Provide training and support to HR teams and other stakeholders on Workday functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Workday implementation and usage.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare comprehensive HR reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct HR analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR data and reports.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for ongoing HR analytics.

Compensation & Benefits Support

  • Assist the Compensation & Benefits Manager in designing and implementing C&B programs.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • Support the annual compensation review process, including salary surveys and job evaluations.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.

Global Collaboration

  • Collaborate with HR teams across different regions to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices.
  • Participate in global HR projects and initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between the central HR team and regional HR teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling Workday & Compensation matters of the company.
  • Proven track record in leading Workday implementation projects regionally/ globally.
  • Good background in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Proficient in HR analytics and reporting & excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal skills and a great team player
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Certification in Workday or relevant HR certification is a plus.
