Infrastructure Engineer

Injective Labs is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to help design, build, and operate the core infrastructure powering the protocol. This role spans both cloud and bare metal environments, supporting high-performance blockchain systems and low-latency trading workloads.

Requirements

• Own the reliability, performance, and scalability of Injective's infrastructure across cloud and bare metal environments
• Design, deploy, and operate production-grade Kubernetes clusters
• Manage application delivery using Helm and ArgoCD (GitOps workflows)
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Pulumi and Ansible
• Deploy, operate, and optimize blockchain nodes and supporting services (validators, indexers, RPC, etc.)
• Design systems for low latency and high throughput, especially for trading and market data workloads
• Operate and scale streaming systems such as Kafka or Redpanda
• Maintain and improve observability across the stack (metrics, logs, tracing), with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and optionally Signoz
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across Kubernetes, networking, and Linux systems
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support product and protocol development
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements across performance, reliability, and scalability
• Participate in on-call rotations for mission-critical systems
