Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in asphalt pavement technology, sustainability initiatives, or transportation infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of chemical warm mix additives
- Demonstrated experience in developing strategies and implementing industry specifications
- Experience with writing technical specifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate and influence diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams, industry associations, and government agencies
- Strong project management skills, with experience in organizing events and field demonstrations
- Familiarity with regulatory agency processes and requirements
- Experience in marketing or business development within the construction or materials industry
- Technical knowledge of asphalt and recycling technologies
