About the Job:
Infillion is seeking a highly analytical, solutions-oriented individual to join as a Senior Manager, Ad Ops, reporting to the AVP, Ad Ops. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in a fun, fast-paced environment with immense career growth potential.
What you’ll do:
- Drive incremental revenue through managing a portfolio of clients.
- Be the go-to person for optimizations, troubleshooting problematic issues and assisting with pre/post-sales support
- Responsible for end to end resolution of tier 1-2 support issues, acting as escalation for the team.
- Programmatic expert who is accountable for driving performance across a group of clients, guiding technical development of junior campaign managers, and communicating performance narrative for larger, strategically important clients
- Have a strong pulse on both the day-to-day of campaign management while also ensuring they understand the higher level account strategy in mind.
- Drive process and communication improvements across account management, ad ops, sales and media planning
- Contributes to a summarized view of portfolio health, pacing, and performance to be provided to leadership.
- Responsible for creating recommendations to increase product usage and yield across subset of clients
- Design and execution of Test & Learn agendas, ensure testing plans are in support of campaign improvement and client growth.
- Mentors a team of campaign specialists ensuring a high level of campaign execution.

What you have:
- 3 - 5+ years in an ad operations role, optimizing campaigns on various DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, MediaMath, etc..)
- Experience with driving performance for various KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and VCR
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, Sumifs, Match, Index, etc.)
- Knowledge of 3rd party verification solutions (DoubleVerify, Integral Ad Science, MOAT)
- Knowledge of 3rd party ad servers and reporting (Doubleclick, Innovid)
- Experience with project management applications (Trello, Jira, Asana, etc)
- Experience using Inspect Element in browser to troubleshoot is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
