We're passionate about building a democracy that truly represents all of us. Indivisible started as a grassroots movement forged in response to the election of Donald Trump, brought together through a practical guide to resist his agenda. Our mission is to resist the Trump agenda by empowering local activist groups to make their Members of Congress listen. Indivisibles are coordinated by thousands of local groups that work directly with their communities to effect change, showing up for each other and advocating for a government that works for everyone.

Our strategy is built on collaboration and solidarity. We understand that our opponents thrive on division, which is why we focus on building a united front to address the challenges facing our democracy. By working empoweringly local leaders, we’ve mobilized millions of activists to hold elected officials accountable and demand a government that prioritizes the needs of all its citizens. Through our combined action—whether it’s organizing local events, calling representatives, or participating in national campaigns—we demonstrate our power and commitment to progressive values.
