1. Job Title: Data Analyst
Role Overview: We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze trends, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across business units.
Responsibilities: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data. Create interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI / Tableau. Perform data cleaning, exploration, and descriptive analytics. Interpret KPIs and provide insights that influence strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics initiatives. Perform A/B testing, customer segmentation, and root cause analysis.
Required Skills: Proficient in SQL, Excel, Python. Hands-on with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Understanding of statistical concepts, data visualization best practices. Experience working with relational databases, basic ETL knowledge.
2. Job Title: Data Engineer
Role Overview: We are hiring a Data Engineer to architect, build, and maintain reliable and scalable data pipelines. You’ll be instrumental in building a modern data infrastructure and ensuring smooth flow of data across systems.
Responsibilities: Design and develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data processing. Work with structured and unstructured data across multiple sources. Build and maintain data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts. Implement data validation, quality checks, and monitoring frameworks. Collaborate with analysts, scientists, and engineering teams.
Required Skills: Strong in SQL, Python or Scala. Hands-on with Apache Airflow, Kafka, Spark, or similar tools. Experience with AWS (Glue, Redshift, S3) or Azure/GCP equivalents. Solid understanding of data modeling, performance tuning. Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD for data jobs.
