We're a fast-moving coaching and education business looking for an Operations Assistant who takes real pride in doing things right. What You'll Be Doing
- Completing daily operational checklists across a variety of business functions
- Handling data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
- Reviewing data and records to catch errors before they become problems
- Working extensively in Google Sheets, building, maintaining, and managing spreadsheets
- Supporting the wider operations team on ad hoc tasks as the business grows
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an operations, admin, or data entry role
- Exceptional attention to detail, this is non-negotiable.
- A proven track record of accurate, high-quality data entry and data review
- Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets, including formulas and basic data manipulation
- Someone who double-checks their own work without being asked to
- Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
