Bits of your job:

• Support the coordination of assigned projects from start to finish.

• Help break down projects into clear tasks, timelines, and priorities.

• Assist in running workflows inside the project management tool (ClickUp).

• Communicate with stakeholders, follow up on tasks, and help remove blockers.

• Track deliverables and help keep teams aligned with deadlines.

• Collect project updates and prepare internal reports or status summaries.

• Ensure brand-related tasks stay aligned with brand messaging and guidelines.

• Help with other Project Manager tasks as required.

Requirements

Key expectations:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (or higher education).

• Strong interest in project management, branding, or operations.

• Ability to create clear, actionable tasks and follow structured workflows.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication skills (written + verbal).

• Basic familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, JIRA, Trello, Asana — any is fine).

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow into a Junior PM role.

Salary: 500 EUR/mon. NET

We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities, with full-time defined as 8 hours daily.
