About The Role 🤔
We are currently looking for talented Producers to join us on a 6 month contract to be a part of our upcoming mobile RPG release - Guild of Guardians! This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of the first web 3 mobile zkevm game release here at Immutable.
As a Producer, you'll have the opportunity to take charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of game development, covering production, product, engineering, creative, and design aspects. You'll work closely with our Executive Producer and refine project methodologies and best practices tailored to the unique requirements of our projects.
You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮
- Lead our end-to-end game launch, managing timelines, reporting, and risk assessment
- Update and maintain milestone dates, tasks, and tickets using Jira
- Review game build releases, providing comprehensive feedback to each discipline to ensure top-quality content and an exceptional player experience
- Continuously iterate on the development process, both internally and in collaboration with third-party engineering, game development, and creative vendors
- Take charge of overall project reporting, encompassing timelines, risks, mitigation strategies, build releases, and contingency plans
- Define the qualitative and quantitative Minimum Viable Product (MVP) polish state for releases, ensuring they uphold our high standards of excellence
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture, promoting camaraderie and cooperation
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝
- 5+ years production experience, working across product, design, creative, and engineering
- Shipped minimum 2 games end-to-end
- Minimum basic understanding of development processes (sprints/scrums, unity, 2d, 3d art)
- Shipped games include co-dev partnerships, including either publishers, dev studios or art studios
- Sufficient understanding of app store and Google Play guidelines for Web3 games, it’s regulatory framework and jurisdictional requirements
- Strong interest in web 3 gaming or mobile RPGs
