Project Documentation

Role Overview

The PC works together with the Project Manager (PM) on customers projects to ensure the follow up of the project's documentation:

• Organizing & managing the project documentation flow
• Submittal of documents to customer
• Receipt of customer comments
• Transmission to departments issuing the documents and to PM, follow up of submission dates

Key Responsibilities

• Distribution of the Customer Order Review Board (CORB) package & participation
• Review and implementation of the customer specification related to documentation
• Preparing & conducting the Supplier Document Requirement List (SDRL) meeting with the corresponding departments & PM to define the document responsibilities
• Update of the standard document submittal list or generation of the customized document list
• Review, track & update document list / SDRL contend with selected departments and customer
• Generate, submit, expedite, track & update project documentation together with selected departments and customer
• Compiling & submission of the final technical documentation to the customer + transmittal record
• Support on the generation and submittal of the final quality documentation
• Documentaion support on potential "Past Dues"
• Project Management support via IFS, on projects tasks and customer demands

What we are looking for

• Strong communication skills with ideally 3-4 years working experience within project management preferably industry
• Ability to set and monitor the delivery of targets
• Fluent in English, German and any other language as an advantage
• Structured, self-driven and organized approach
