Director of Operational Excellence & Strategic Programs (PMO) responsible for leading transformational initiatives, diagnosing operational friction, and driving change management in the healthcare sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Seven (7) plus years of experience in business analysis, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy, in the healthcare sector
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and data analytics
• Understanding of the healthcare industry, including payer-provider dynamics, regulations, and emerging trends
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
