Mid–Senior Front-End Developer

What we’re looking for

At Ideaware, we’re building a cross-functional product team that will integrate quickly with our U.S.-based client — an international team operating in the Real Estate Technology space.

We’re looking for a Mid–Senior Front-End Developer who can contribute from day one and help elevate the design, performance, and overall user experience of our web platform. You’ll join a fast-paced, product-driven environment where quality, usability, and speed matter. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning product and design requirements into clean, scalable interfaces, and who is comfortable working within structured, CMS-driven environments.

We’re looking for someone with strong front-end fundamentals, experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, and a sharp eye for responsive, user-centered design. You care about performance and maintainability, and you’re proactive about using tools — including AI-assisted development tools — to improve how you work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, high-quality UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks and Bootstrap.
• Translate product and design requirements into clean, scalable, and reusable front-end solutions.
• Work within structured CMS-driven environments to implement and manage dynamic content.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver intuitive, polished user experiences.
• Integrate APIs and manage asynchronous data effectively.
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Contribute to the ongoing modernization of the web platform.
• Explore and adopt tools (including AI-assisted tools) that improve developer productivity and product quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with Bootstrap, modern JavaScript frameworks, and responsive design.
• Experience working within structured CMS-driven environments.
• Ability to translate design and product requirements into scalable UI components.
• Familiarity with API integrations and asynchronous data handling.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (able to communicate effectively in written and spoken form in professional settings).

Nice to Have

• Experience optimizing for conversion, performance, and SEO.
• Familiarity with real estate, property, or marketplace-style platforms.
