- Confirmed experience in real estate credit, ideally acquired within a brokerage network.

- Solid technical expertise: perfect mastery of real estate credit products, current regulations and banking negotiation mechanisms.
- Asserted advisory posture and excellent interpersonal skills, both with real estate advisors and final clients.
- Rigor, reliability and analytical spirit, essential to secure and optimize files.
- Ease with digital tools and technological environments.
