This role is responsible for overseeing the Segment Management team and managing strategy and related processes. The individual will develop and implement breakthrough product and channel strategies that drive global market share, revenue & margin growth, and align the business to meet the expectations / demands of our global customer base.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Engineering / Business (MBA a plus)
- At least 10 years commercial experience, product management desired, with extensive customer interaction
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization, efficiency improvement, and project management
- Expertise in planning and executing projects that involve a large number of stakeholders
- Good working knowledge of applied finance
- Proficient computer skills required
