We're seeking an experienced offshore tax and accounting professional to join as a R&D Tax Lodgement Coordinator. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-focused, and confident working with financial records and operational processes. The role involves managing accounting and financial documentation, coordinating client onboarding and follow-ups, and ensuring all lodgement requirements are accurately prepared and well organised.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting, tax administration, bookkeeping, or offshore accounting support
- Strong understanding of accounting records, tax workflows, and financial documents including P&Ls, payroll summaries, invoices, and general ledgers
- Proficient in Xero, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Excellent written English and confident communicating with clients and accountants via email
- Highly detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently using checklists and workflows
