Job Role: Admin / Patient Coordinator

Compensation range: 1,500 - 1,800 AUD Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: a specialized surgical practice based in Melbourne, Victoria, focused on providing comprehensive oral and maxillofacial care. Founded by experienced surgeons, the clinic offers a wide range of services including orthognathic surgery, dental implantology, facial trauma management, and TMJ treatment. The practice is committed to delivering high-quality patient care through modern systems, efficient processes, and a patient-focused approach.

Role Overview: is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin / Patient Coordinator to support the daily operations of the practice. The clinic is run by two surgeons, and has been steadily growing, currently receiving around 60–70 referrals per week.

This role will primarily focus on backend administrative support and referral processing. While the position is initially non-patient facing, there may be opportunities in the future to assist with initial patient booking calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and input patient referrals into the practice management system
  • Generate and prepare X-ray request slips
  • Send patient information packs and required documents
  • Maintain accurate patient and referral records
  • Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks
  • Support the surgeons and clinic operations as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative or healthcare support roles preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable learning and using practice management software (Xestro)
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup
